How does the time clock work?

Employees can clock in and out by taking a photo of themselves when they start and end their shifts. Hours and breaks for the day will be recorded to the minute.

How do I manage paid and unpaid breaks?

Droppah can automatically calculate paid versus unpaid breaks using the Paid Breaks setting.

Can I view the cost of a timesheet?

Some of my employees have preferred hours and days, how can I manage this?

When setting up employees, you can define their unavailability and preferred hours and days. Droppah smart rostering will use these rules to build rosters that fit within these preferences. You’ll also receive alerts if you build rosters outside of these preferences when building rosters manually.

What details can my employees see in Droppah? Can I have other employees manage the Droppah account?

Different levels of access can be granted within Droppah.

  • Administrators can manage all people and rosters within the Droppah account.
  • Managers have access to manage people and rosters for a particular team or teams. You can choose whether to give team managers visibility of pay rates.
  • Employees can be invited to the Droppah app, allowing them to view their rosters and availability, receive notifications of their shifts, and request cover for their shifts.



Does Droppah have a mobile app?
