We’re bursting at the seams to share some VERY exciting news with you all. Droppah is now free for businesses with up to 10 employees!

We’re always looking for ways to support other companies, because let’s be real, it’s tough out here! We believe this free rostering solution will help small businesses operate more efficiently. Plus, we’ve introduced new plans for our friends with more than 10 employees.

We understand that employees are vital to your business, so we've made it extra easy to communicate rosters with your teams, optimise staff coverage and capture accurate timesheets. The current environment is changing all the time, which inevitably affects business rosters. Droppah communicates changes quickly, and by using the inbuilt cost metrics, business owners can be confident that the labour costs are within budget.

Capturing accurate timesheets has never been more important, and with Droppah's time clock solution, it's easy. You can throw out those paper timesheets and that clunky clock-in hardware from the eighties. Droppah's photo time clock lets your employees clock in and out with a selfie.

PHandDHIntegration

Another huge timesaver is Droppah’s tight integration with PayHero (NZ) and Xero Payroll (Australia). After checking the timesheets, managers can approve them through PayHero so payroll managers can confidently process the payroll. 

PayHero is our highly compliant payroll solution trusted by thousands of New Zealand businesses. For our great friends across the ditch in Australia, we’ve gone one step further and connected with Xero Payroll to create a seamless flow of data across multiple touch points in your business. 

These features are available on all our plans, including the Free Plan. The good news for our global customers is you can create a custom CSV file and easily export your employee timesheet data, ready for import into any payroll or reporting system on the planet.

With our new Free Plan for businesses with up to 10 employees, our aim is to lighten the load by providing a modern rostering system. For companies with 11 or more employees, we've dropped the base fee and added an extra plan to offer more options. For example, businesses can access the time clock for just $2 per employee or all the bells and whistles from $4 per employee. Check out more pricing details here.
